3fe2cd012d fix(dconf): remove user profile configuration 
Config file moved to package orange-yourdev-setup, using the same path.
This move causes a conflict between package orange-yourdev-login and
package orange-yourdev-setup.

b3ae7f8023 feat: define default proxy settings for GNOME desktop 
The settings have to be defined in a dconf profile named `user`,
which stores its properties in a database named `local`, see
https://help.gnome.org/admin/system-admin-guide/stable/login-fingerprint.html.en
