important sporting events, for example in sailing and the Olympics Games in Sydney,

or the America Cup 1999. This mission consisted in 3D and REAL TIME modeling of
|
|
the boats positions, so as to give the race chiefs the relevant information and
|
|
thus to allow them a fast decision-making (disqualification of candidates edging
|
|
too close to the starting line for example...). </font></font>
